Trip 2, Mark B. Spain-France October 2025. I had talked to a few outfitters, but it seemed like there were a lot of hidden fees. I was very unsure of who to book with. A friend told me he knew the “Very Best” guy to hunt with and introduced me to Fran Cortina of Corju Hunting. Fran and I hit it off from the start and I soon booked a two week, all four Ibex species hunt for January of 2024. The hunt was unbelievable! I took all four Ibex, and my wife and I were able to tour and enjoy Spain. All of the tours, logistics, and planning were absolutely perfect! Knowing that Fran is a master at scheduling and planning hunts, I booked a five species hunt in two countries, Spain and France, for October of 2025. This was a BIG hunt. Lots of planning and coordinating by Fran and his team had everything worked out perfectly. I was able to take three different species of Chamois- Cantabrian, Pyrenees, and Alpine- along with a Mouflon and a French Mainland Corsica Ram. Fran is truly a master of his craft, a great guide and outfitter, but more importantly a good honest man who I’m proud to call my friend!
